Accumulators and batteries

By using current site (https://e5.ee), the client can order batteries, accumulators and related products.
Accumulators are limited-use products, so they are not eligible for a return within 14 days if they were used within that period.

Placing an order

In our online store you can select the accumulators you need and put them in the basket for ordering.
You can also order reassembly of the accumulator from new batteries.
At the order stage, you will need to create or log in to your personal account.
If you already have an account in our store, then by going to your personal account you can make a new order, or create a request to the support service.
When placing an order, the Buyer selects delivery service or indicates another way to pick up the goods (in person), pays for the goods and delivery.

Purchase and payment

The site offers accumulators and chargers for accumulators.
You can pay for the order through a bank link (SEB, Swedbank, LHV), by bank transfer, using a Visa / MasterCard credit card, or using the PayPal payment service.
Execution of the order begins only after receipt of the full amount of payment.

About security of payment by credit card

On e5.ee site you can pay by credit card.
To ensure the security of data transfer when they are moving on the Internet between the client and the E-Commerce Payment Gateway, 128-bit encryption (SSL-Secure Socket Layer security protocol) is used, and the data that moves between the seller and the Payment Gateway is electronically signed, which as a result, excludes the possibility of obtaining or changing these data by unauthorized persons.
The seller has access to reporting on card transactions, but there is no access to the full card number.
When requesting card data, SSL, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa is used.
The seller does not see the entered card data; to carry out a card transaction, web page directs client to a safe environment of the Interbank Card Payment Center. At the time of payment, the cardholder enters his card data into the database located on the server of the Card Center, and, in addition, the data is stored on the server located in the Card Center.

Invoices and taxes

All invoices are always sent by e-mail and are available in your account.
When placing an order, an order is formed, at the time of receipt of payment, an invoice is formed.
Goods and services may be subject to value added tax.
For residents and companies of the Republic of Estonia, the tax rate is 20%. For companies in the European Union that have submitted their tax number, the tax rate is 0%.

Delivery terms and time

Accumulators and batteries are the type of goods whose circulation is limited, since lithium batteries can be dangerous. When transporting batteries, a number of precautions should be observed.
Delivery is possible with:
Itella SMartpost, DPD, Omniva.
Also, the order can be obtained at our shop (Peterburi 34/8). In this case, the delivery is free.
In the case of a correctly completed order, it is accepted and processed immediately after payment received.
The goods are sent to the client no later than two calendar days from the date of payment, unless the delivery time is agreed separately.

Return policy

The Buyer has the right to return the intact product within 15 days.
In case of returning the goods, please provide a receipt for the goods or invoice which indicates the date of purchase, serial number or code of the goods indicated on the package.
In case of problems, the defective battery elements will be replaced, or the defective product will be replaced with a new one. The replaced product remains the property of Compic OÜ.
In the case of improper handling of the goods, the seller has the right to limit the guarantee.
The seller is not obligated to pay postage for a guarantee return, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Claims

In the event of a defect in the batteries / accumulators, the Buyer is obliged to notify the seller of the defect as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 months after the discovery of the defect.

Processing personal data

When processing your personal data, we are guided by the GDPR and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Personal data requested when filling out the profile in the store can be transferred to the company providing the delivery of your goods to you as necessary data to fulfill this obligation.
The Buyer provides online store with data corresponding to reality (name, contact phone, delivery address or home address, e-mail), which, if necessary, are provided to the delivery service in order to fulfill the assumed obligations for the goods delivery.
The store has the right to use the Buyer's address for advertising (if consent is given) and other ways of informing the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right at any time to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data, unless it is necessary to file a claim under the contract or to deliver goods.
Use of the email address for direct marketing purposes occurs only when the Buyer is registered as a regular customer and has given his consent.
In case the Buyer used the online chat, then all the data transferred in the chat passes through the JivoSite server.
Our company also uses Google Analytics service to obtain statistics and part of anonymized data is processed through it.

OÜ Compic transfers personal data of the Buyer to the courier companies what are necessary in order to carry out the delivery agreed with the client.

The Client has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board to protect his rights.
Other cases not described are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Force majeure (force majeure action)

The e5.ee online store is not responsible for any damage or delay in the goods delivery to the Buyer if the delivery delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control or not foreseen by the online store.
